Notice - the juice groove discontinues on one end of the board. This is for ease of sliding food off of the board. I have personally disliked juice grooves for that reason, so this is my take.
This board is finished with a custom blend of food grade mineral oil and beeswax to produce maximum gloss and longevity. To ensure your board stands the test of time, an additional jar of wax blend will be shipped with your order.

Care Instructions: Recommended once a week re-application of oil/wax blend for the first month and as needed beyond the first month. Wash board with warm water and soap using the softest side of a sponge. Dry with a towel and leave to completely dry on a rack or against the wall above a counter. DO NOT EVER SOAK THE BOARD and DO NOT LET DRY WHILE LAYING FLAT. For larger boards it is especially important that the board is not left out to dry with one surface flat to a countertop, air needs to be drying all sides as equally as possible.
