Care Instructions: Recommended once a week re-application of oil/wax blend for the first month and as needed beyond the first month. Wash board with warm water and soap using the softest side of a sponge. Dry with a towel and leave to completely dry on a rack or against the wall above a counter. Do not ever soak the board. For larger boards it is especially important that the board is not left out to dry with one surface flat to a countertop, air needs to be drying all sides as equally as possible.
